Zombies and Robots

I'm sick and tired of having my plans being ruined by some rogue, murderous robots or some flesh-eating zombies that somehow make it out of the lab. Seriously guys, does every genetic or pharmaceutical corporation need to make a virus that brings people back from the dead? It seems like I can't go anywhere without having to bring a sawed-off shotgun. Oh well, off to fight the waves of attack.
